  • Kalash Sthapana & Panchang Sthapana: (Ganesh, Punyavachan, Shodash Matrika, Navgraha, Sarvotabhadra).
  • Deity Invocation: Shetrapal Pujan, Swasti Vachan, Sankalpa, Ganesh Pujan and Abhishek.
  • Planetary Chants: Navgraha Pujan and 108 chants of each planetary mantra.
  • Special Prayers: Invocation of Important Hindu Gods in Kalash, Naag Suktam Path, Kaal Purush Smaran.

  • Clothes: New clothes (Dhoti/Kurta for men, Saree/Blouse for women).

Important Dos & Don'ts

  • Visits: One should NOT visit friends' or relatives' homes immediately after this puja.
  • Temples: One should not visit any other temple after this puja.
  • Prostration: Do not prostrate in any Naga Devatha temple.
  • Restrictions: Do not perform this puja with oiled hair. Pregnant women should not participate.
